Item Identification is a skill used to identify Weapons and Armor to reveal hidden properties. Item Identification is used similarly to the Arms Lore skill. However, Arms Lore focuses on providing information for already-identified items.
To identify an Unidentified Object, Press K to open your skill window and drag the Item ID skill icon to your hotbar or use directly from the skill window. If successful, the contents of the unidentified object will be revealed, and the new item will display updated information.
