To travel with Recall, you will need a marked Rune. Runes can be purchased from mage shops.
Locations can be marked with the Mark spell while standing at the desired destination.
Cast the Recall spell from your spellbook or use a Recall scroll, then target the marked Rune. You will be teleported to that location.
You can also open a Runebook and simply click on the Recall icon shown at each location.
