When entering the server for the first time, a player is granted the Young Player Status. This offers some protections while players learn the game and it's mechanics.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for every player to take advantage of this 72 hour safety period. Do not train AFK with a new player, since you will burn those hours too quickly. Raise stats, go out, and have fun. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to easily collect gold without the risk of being attacked by another player.
Young Status inevitably ends. Several conditions can result in this:
The speech command "I renounce my young player status" will remove the character's young status instantly.
Once this is done, that character will no longer contribute to the account-wide timer mentioned in #4 above.
