Necromancers with Animal Taming can summon some creature back from the dead, and use them as pets.
In order to have undead pets, you will first need to become Undead (Follow the instructions in Necromancer).
Then you will need the right skills, which are (Forensic Evaluation plus Animal Taming.
Next, you will need to purchase a Cursed Crook from the Collector of Souls near Yew Crypts.
Once you kill one of the creatures in the table below, you need to have the cursed crook equipped and use the Spirit Speak skill.
At last, the undead mob will appear and you can tame it.
