Necromancy is a different school of magic than Magery. It is a dark art, that deals mostly with death and the dead. With a Necromancer Spellbook, called a Necronomicon, you can cast powerful buffs and curses, animate the dead, steal the health of you foes, and more.

Forensic Evaluation is the main skill for a Necromancer, it is used to determine if and how effectively you can use the Necronomicon's Spells, search an area for Undead creatures, bodies, and Artifacts, allow you to collect souls from slain creatures, display how many souls you've collected, along with giving you the ability to Resurrect dead players.

The Necronomicon can be obtained from Gravedigging, while the spells can be crafted as scrolls by using Inscription.

Typically, when casting a spell, you automatically stash your weapon and shield into your backpack. In the Necronomicon however, there are 6 combat spells which can be cast while holding your weapon and shield. These Spells are:
As mentioned in this section, being undead provides the Necromancer restrictions concerning standard spells.
